I am passionate about cloud computing, distributed systems, performance modeling and application optimization. I have research experience with open-source cloud computing frameworks such as Apache Spark and Apache Hadoop. My research achievements are demonstrated through my academic publications in leading international conferences and the review invitations from top-tier scholarly journals, including IEEE TPDS and ACM TACO. Moreover, I am skilled in algorithm optimization, and enjoy coding competitions like Google Code Jam, Topcoder Open. I am also enthusiastic about open-source, and have work experience in software development ranging from distributed systems to big data.
